Wes O’Neill

Wes first began climbing as a teenager and developed a taste for it. His penchant for cold climbing has taken him on numerous trips to Scotland, the French and Italian Alps, to Norway and to the Himalaya. Wes worked in outdoor education for 8 years, holding roles from Instructor through to Chief Instructor and has successfully managed centres in the UK and Italy. He has also been heavily involved in working on ropes courses and the training of staff to use them. In addition to this, a 2 year stint with the UKs largest outdoor equipment retailer as a department head stands him in good stead for his role with a working and current knowledge.
